His experience and involvement with hundreds of design build projects has given him the knowledge to bring together the ideal floor plan, exterior style, and amenities to meet the budget of each client.

Todd’s secret to designing every customer’s perfect dream home is listening. Todd listens to what the customer really wants, and compiles their thoughts and ideas into their perfect dream home.

During the construction of your home, Ron Reed serves as your guide. As project manager, Ron will guide you through every on-site walk through, helping you make the small but important decisions while standing in your home. By keeping you abreast of all the details, Ron can ensure there are no surprises during construction.

Ron manages all of Whitmire Home’s foremen and ‘punch out’ carpenters. The careful management of this staff enables you to move into your home with everything finished to your satisfaction.

This careful management process doesn’t end once you move in. Whitmire Homes has a full service warranty system. If anything arises during the warranty period, Ron and his crew will handle it in a timely and professional manner.

Seven years ago, Teri Brown became part of the Whitmire Homes staff, and in 2003 became our New Home Consultant. Potential homeowners meet with Teri in the very beginning of the custom home design process to define what they really want in a home.
